Family trip to Phuket!
Jetting off in Jetstar @ T1!
The cuzzies looking cute together!
The boys were duper excited
Trev was really well behaved.
I think he’s starting to be of a good age to travel!!
Arrived @ Phuket airport
Left our bags at the hotel & headed out for lunch!
Thai crab cakes
Tom Yam Goong
Dad in stripes of all kinds haha
Can’t rave enough about our hotel!
Destination Patong Hotel & Spa ; booked through booking.com
Gd location cuz its a short walk to Patong beach, shops and eateries but do note that its a slightly further walk to the Junceylon mall.
More on the hotel facilities below
at the lobby waiting to check in
We took 2 connecting rooms, one with an extra adult.
Its super spacious and comes with a balcony!
Boys checking out the pool.
They’ve got 2 pools within the hotel.
A rooftop pool which is real deep and a much child friendly pool with a sit-in bar
What attracted the boys most was the Kids World area in the hotel!
Awesome or what?!
Best family oriented hotel.
Great for the kids!
Private “pigeon holes” for the young teens
With Playstation consoles!
& even a movie room!
Entrance of the Kids World
Ready to hit the pool with their new float!
The water in the pool was really cold though
Had our dinner at a random place near the hotel along Patong
Food in Phuket didn’t quite hit the spot
Everything was just meh or bleh & ex
Sunset @ Patong Beach!
Streets of Patong
Super yummers banana nutella prata right outside our hotel
Sleeping real soundly on the first night
Got up early for our island hopping tour!
Got the package at some random place while on our way back to the hotel
SGD 88 per adult for the package. Includes ferry ride, lunch, snorkelling gear.
To Khai Nok island, then to Maya Bay & Phi Phi Don.
Everyone’s tellin me its soooo ex
Ya hahahah i know, i know, but its tiring to bring kids around to bargain and get the cheapest rate so we just settled.
Arrived at the jetty!
Our cruise tickets!
Island hoppers usually take their speedboat for island hopping.
We took the ferry cuz its safer for the kids and my preggy sis ^^
Dad looking all sporty and hip
Sis & Fam
Trev snacking all the time
Khai Nok Island!
But over crowded with island hoppers
Blue skies, clear waters ITS SO PURDY!!
Feeding the fishes with bread
Trev was super freaked but wanted to still feed the fishes. At a distance.
Then when the fishes gathered to nibble on the bread Trev fed,
HE FREAKED OUT hahahaha his reaction was epic and funny to watch :x
Isaac on the other hand was not a wee bit afraid!
Mummy picking seashells on the seashore
Setting off to our next stop, Maya Bay
I preferred sitting on the deck of the ferry (:
Anchored on the waters of Maya Bay
Snorkeling @ Maya Bay in super calm waters with pretty fishes!
After snorkeling and lunch on board the ferry,
we sailed to Phi Phi Island
Nothing much apparently
Sandplay here sandplay there sandplay everywhere
Got back on the ferry for the journey back
Brought Trevie & Isaac up to the deck
He's so cute even at 59 HAHAHAHAH
3rd day of our trip,
Enjoyed our breakfast at the hotel and walked over to Patong beach
I've always loved being under the sun
I'd like to think that I live for it hahahahaha
Collage of our day spent at the beach.
Love that we can easily secure a tanning spot with $
You'll just have to rent a beach chair and you can sit there all day
If its yours its yours no one's gonna come messing with your spot
I didn't even have to move my ass to get drinks or corn to nom on
Vendors will pass by with their boxes or baskets of stuff for sale
Trev's islander look totally blending in
Love it when he smiles like this!
Duck glass noodles
Went for foot massage!
and it came with special service
then he figured it was better to just lepak than to help massage me
Sis wanted to surprise bil with a cake the night before his bday
and so we did! through our interconnecting rooms
Family timer shots.
Last attempt was to make funny faces.
But apparently Isaac find us to be too childish HAHAHA
Checked out of the hotel on our 5th day!
Left our bags there and walked to Junceylon Shopping Mall
Walked around and found a gem at the top level!
Just what the kids needed to pass time!
ROLEPLAY for the kids!
AHHHHHHHHH so cute so cute so fun so fun
its really cheap but i can't remember how much it was exactly.
My cute sushi chef hahahaha
& then he served plenty of his favorite yellow sushi. OK CAN
The uniforms were adorable! So were the props and backdrop!
I had to be his customer hahahaha
One day don't know work how many outlets lol
Both Trev and Isaac had soooo much fun!
Fighting fires probably not his thing
It was both Trev and mine, our first trip to Phuket.
I'd say a pretty safe place to be with the kids.
It was overall an enjoyable family trip!
